BootCamp Spain – Terms & Conditions
By booking with BootCamp Spain, either online or via direct communication, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We also encourage you to review our Privacy Policy before completing your booking.
1. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all participants obtain appropriate travel or holiday insurance before attending camp. This should cover cancellation, illness, injury, loss of baggage, and any unexpected disruptions. Please ensure your policy is suitable for your specific needs and activities, and carry a copy with you when travelling to Spain.
2. Deposits & Balance Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a non-refundable deposit of £300 is required to secure your booking. The balance of your camp fee is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. If full payment is not received by the due date, your booking may be cancelled and offered to another guest.
3. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing via email. The following refund terms apply:

6 weeks prior to arrival – 50% refund (excluding deposit)

5 weeks prior – 40% refund

4 weeks prior – 30% refund

3 weeks or less – No refund due
Note: Deposits are strictly non-refundable.
All refunds are processed via bank transfer within 30 days.
4. Date Transfers
You may request to change your booking dates by email. Changes are subject to availability and must be confirmed by BootCamp Spain.
5. No-Shows
Failure to attend your booked camp without prior notice will result in the full loss of your payment.
6. Cancellations by BootCamp Spain
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a camp (e.g., due to force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund or be offered a transfer to a future camp with suitable compensation.
7. Early Departure
If you need to leave camp early due to illness, injury, or personal matters, we will offer the option to resume your remaining days at a future date (subject to availability). Refunds are not provided for early departures.
8. Confirmation of Booking
Your place at BootCamp Spain is confirmed only once your deposit has been received.
9. What’s Included
Your booking includes:

Daily training and fitness sessions

Programme planning and guidance

Transfers to/from Almería and Alicante airports during set transfer windows
Transfers from other airports can be arranged at an additional cost.
10. Payment Methods
We accept payment via PayPal (including major credit and debit cards) or Stripe. You do not need a PayPal account to pay.
11. Health & Medical Disclosure
You must inform us of any relevant medical conditions before arrival. Failure to disclose may result in termination of your stay without refund.
12. Complaints
If you experience any issues during your stay, please speak directly with your lead instructor. If unresolved, you may submit a formal complaint via email within 28 days of your camp, including your booking reference and the dates of your stay.
13. Alcohol & Outside Food Policy
No unauthorised alcohol or outside food is permitted on-site. Consumption of such items may result in immediate dismissal from the camp without refund.
14. Photography & Social Media
BootCamp Spain promotes its services via social media and may share images or progress photos. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us in writing in advance. We respect privacy preferences and will limit social media sharing accordingly.
15. Missed Transfers
If you miss your scheduled transfer and do not notify us in advance, you will be marked as a no-show and forfeit your place and payment.
16. Behaviour & Conduct
We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards staff and fellow participants. Disruptive, rude, or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the camp without refund.
17. Late Payments
If you fail to pay your balance by the date specified in your welcome email, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and offer your place to another guest.
18. Personal Scales
Please do not bring personal weighing scales. Monitoring is part of the structured program, and external measurements may interfere with the process.
19. Early Departures & Return Transfers
If you leave the camp before your booked departure date, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own return transfer to the airport.
