Our nutrition program focuses on balanced, chef-prepared meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients — including organic produce grown right here on our estate.
Each dish is designed to fuel your training, support healthy weight loss, and teach you sustainable eating habits that will last long after you leave.
Our program naturally supports a light intermittent fasting routine, with the final meal served around 5:00 PM to optimise metabolic health and recover.
