From the moment that you have booked that’s when your time with us begins! We will send you a basic list of compulsory items that will be essential for your week's stay with us.
We will then send you a basic medical questionnaire for you to fill and e-mail back. With a more detailed one to be completed when you arrive.
You will also receive a fitness questionnaire which we ask you to complete as truthfully as possible. And the 2 weeks before you arrive we will send you a food diary to complete, and send to us a couple of days before you are due. All this will build up a picture of your health, diet, and fitness before you arrive.....and as such will enable us to tailor make your exercise workouts.
Transfers from Almeria Airport will be provided free of charge and will be via private shuttle bus.
Transfers from Alicante Airport will be provided free and also by private shuttle bus but only for flights that arrive BEFORE 12PM any transfers after this period can/will be arranged via car and will cost a surcharge of 100€ (approx £85) payable to the driver.
A car can be arranged for any client that does not wish to travel by coach with costings.
All food, drink, accommodation, and obviously training, is included in your total package. Unlike some other boot camps there is no premium for personal sessions as the size of your group will ensure it is personal enough. However, if for some reason you feel you would like a little more push, this is provided free.
We do not expect you to share a room with anybody unless this again is a request.
All rooms are allocated on arrival however we have a certain amount of en-suite rooms. and if you wish to guarantee that you are placed in one of these there is a surcharge of £100 per week.
With our association with the Sophia Wellness Centre we are able to offer extra services at a small premium, and at a discount to their normal clientelle. This will include pamper packages, hairdressing, nails and some beauty therapies.
When your time with us is up we will stay in contact for a couple of months to make sure you are continuing with the good work that you will have put in on your stay with us. This will include dietary advice, as well as workouts written and e-mailed to you in order that you can continue your path to health and fitness.
