At Bootcamp Spain we believe in providing a well-structured, varied and balanced daily timetable to help you achieve your weight loss goals while maintaining a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle. Below is a sample daily timetable that outlines some of the activities we offer, including dedicated rest periods to recharge and rejuvenate.

Please note that the availability of specific activities may vary depending on the schedule, time of year, and the duration of the Bootcamp. 

Sample Daily Timetable:

  • 6:30-7:30 AM: Fasted morning cardio blast
    • Join us poolside or in the in house gym to begin your day stretching and warming up with some HIIT training thrown in to stoke your metabolism. The Spanish sunrise provides a beautiful backdrop.
  • 7:30-8:00 AM: Breakfast
  • 8:30–9:15 AM: Spinning
    • Indoor cycling class with resistance.
  • 10:00–10:45 AM: Cardio Boxing
    • High tempo class involving pads, bag work and conditioning exercises whilst learning boxing techniques.
  • 11:15-11:45 AM: Hill Sprints
    • Lung busting set of sprints on a steep hill road for maximum fat loss and fitness gains.
  • 12:30–1:30 PM: LUNCH
    • Enjoy a healthy, hearty, low-calorie-dense meal that will fuel your afternoon workouts.
  • 2:00 – 3:00 PM: Circuit Class:
    • HIIT workout using a combination of bodyweight and dumb bell exercises to give you a full body blast.
  • 3:15 – 4:00 PM: Core Ball
    • Slower paced workout targeting your core through a combination of exercises using stability balls and TRX.
  • 4:15-5:00 PM: Mobility and Functional Training
    • Stretching and toning class designed to increase mobility and wind down from the days exercise.
  • 5:00–6:00 PM: Dinner
    • Enjoy an absolutely delicious meal after a day of fitness, education, and fun.
  • 6:00 – 10:00 PM: Relax

Unwind and relax by the pool, use the jacuzzi, have a light game of tennis/squash with a fellow camper, play pool, table tennis or just go to your room and read. The choice is yours. Just make sure you get a good night's rest ready to tackle the next day.

Please note this is just a sample day showing only a small selection of the activities as every day tends to vary, some not quite as hard as others.

Rest Periods

At Bootcamp, we understand the importance of rest in a successful weight loss journey. We have carefully scheduled dedicated rest periods throughout the day to give your body the time it needs to recover and prevent burnout. During these times, you can take a breather, recharge your energy, and be ready to tackle the next activities with enthusiasm.

Your well-being and comfort are our top priorities. We understand that summer heat can be challenging, but we have implemented various strategies to ensure that you can enjoy your workouts and outdoor activities while staying safe and cool:

Indoor Training with Air-Conditioning: During the hottest parts of the day, we conduct indoor training sessions in air-conditioned facilities. This ensures that you can work out in a comfortable environment without being affected by the heat outside. Our indoor training areas are equipped with various pieces of equipment and offer a range of exercises, from circuit training to HIIT sessions, allowing you to maintain your fitness routine without worrying about the weather.

Early Morning Outdoor Activities: We schedule outdoor activities, such as hikes and other adventures, early in the morning when the temperatures are cooler. Starting the day with outdoor activities not only helps you avoid the peak heat hours but also allows you to connect with nature and kickstart your day with positive energy.

Hydration Stations: Staying hydrated is crucial, especially in hot weather. We have hydration stations strategically placed throughout the camp to ensure you have easy access to water whenever you need it. Our trainers also emphasize the importance of drinking enough water during workouts to prevent dehydration.

Flexible Schedule: Our daily timetable is designed to be flexible, allowing us to adapt to weather conditions. If temperatures soar unexpectedly, we may adjust the schedule to prioritize indoor activities or modify the intensity of outdoor workouts.
