21 Day Boot Camp - Total all over fitness and weight loss programme.
During your 3 weeks with us we will provide you with all the knowledge and guidance around a healthier lifestyle from foods to exercise. This will be key to continuing your weight loss journey upon your return home.
We can make sure you are ready to hit the ground running when you return home by finding the easiest ways to incorporate training into your busy lifestyles back home.
- Chosen Room type
- Approx. 4-7hrs of training per day (ranging from core strength activities to high repetition and endurance exercises).
- 3 Meals per day (approx. 1500 calories, low carb and high in protein per day)
- Transfer to and from Airport on arrival and departure
- FREE WIFI in all areas
- Towels (changed weekly)
- Bedding changes (weekly)
- Access to all areas in your downtime
- Welcome letter with useful tips and information on your arrival
On your departure, you will also be provided with a breakdown of information from your time in camp, which will include your fitness assessment results and weigh in and weigh out. This will also have documented the foods/meals provided throughout your stay along with the sessions you participate in each day.
